Es bietet eine grafische datei-orientierte Entwicklungsumgebung und erstellt 100% .MSI Installationen unter Verwendung der Microsoft Windows Installer XML (WiX) Compiler Technologie. Die Installationen sind kompatibel von Windows 95 bis Vista, dank Nutzung der neuesten WiX v3.0 und MSI v4.0 Spezifikationen. MSI Factory enthält einen einzigartigen scriptable .EXE Bootstrap Wrapper mit LZMA Komprimierung und über 200 Aktionen inklusive HTTP-Downloads.
